黃子佼（佼佼）12日上年代《今晚誰當家》宣傳《校花來了》，《校花》每周一到周三晚間10點播出，同時段對打19個不同類型綜藝節目，更強碰高收視的中天《康熙來了》，對此他笑說：「節目名稱是製作單位決定的，觀眾可能看膩現在節目，希望能轉到這台，就不要轉走。」
前女友小Ｓ大方祝福：「恭喜他開新節目，《康熙》的觀眾可以在廣告時間轉過去看一下，之後再轉回來，希望雙贏啦！」《康熙》製作人李國強說，有新節目加入對觀眾是好事，不擔心對打。
黃主持的中天《Kiss Hotel》和年代《校花來了》都是戀愛題材，他笑說因戀愛經驗豐富，夠格做戀愛節目。該節目結合短劇和辯論，探討年輕人愛情觀，像是「交往１個月可不可以發生關係？」他對此議題笑說：「不是時間問題，有人一見鍾情，也有人守身如玉，只要２個人情感到就行，也有人還沒在一起就…。」
